The Account Administration Utility
is a web-based system for managing your InstantService
account. You will use it for setting up various preferences,
creating agent accounts and viewing reports. While it
offers a number of powerful options, it is easy to get
up and running within a short amount of time.

Department Level Customization Nearly every aspect of InstantService can
be customized based on departments, allowing unique
chat client appearances, response libraries, languages,
agent assignments, queue thresholds, exit surveys,
etc. for separate divisions of your website or for
different companies within your call center.
Agent Permissions Nearly every function of an agent can be
controlled by permissions, including access to certain
departments or the ability to monitor chats.
Reporting InstantService offers over 20 real-time
and historical reports to monitor agent activity
and performance. With a single click, reports can
be exported to HTML, XML, CSV or the printer.
